SPB Online Shop Return Policy

  • Purchases from our online shop may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Returns/exchanges must be postmarked to SPB within those 7 days. 
  • If a replacement product is requested as an exchange, shipping costs will be charged to ship the newly exchanged item to purchaser.
  • Select items in our online catalog are non-returnable. These items will be marked as *NON-RETURNABLE* in their product description(s).
  • We recommend that return/exchange shipping be done via a service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days upon receiving purchaser’s return.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in New & Unworn condition with all accessories if any provided.

  • We do not process returns for SPB products purchased from third-party retailers & boutiques; please refer to the specific retailer’s return policy for more information.

I Received the Wrong Item(s)

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us at info@spbrand.com immediately. 
  • Replacement product will not be sent until mis-shipped item is returned and processed.
  • Shipping costs to return the incorrect item and to send the correct item to purchaser will be covered by SPB.
